The upcoming Industry Week for Confetti’s students is jam-packed with amazing guest speakers this year, including someone from HeX…
For the past 16 years, Industry Week has been the highlight of the year for Nottingham’s Confetti Institute for Creative Technologies students, and this year is set to be jam-packed with talks, workshops and demos from industry greats from across the globe.
Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies is owned by Nottingham Trent University, one of the most popular universities in the UK. Between 7-11 March, students will be given master classes and real insights into the most exciting and competitive creative industries in the world.
“Nottingham is a hive of creative talents, so to be able to influence the younger generation to implement accessibility at an early stage is a real privilege, and I hope we can inspire students to think about accessibility at the beginning of every project.”
James Hall: HeX Creative Director
We’re proud to announce that our Creative Director, James Hall, will be giving an insight into how accessibility can be integrated into the student’s projects. With a focus on how to produce creative designs in an accessible way, he will be giving demonstrations on the implications of poor design, and who is affected when content isn’t structured correctly for our disabled community to access.
