In the UK, around 9 million people are deaf or hard of hearing and according to the British Deaf Association, more than 151,000 people around the country use British Sign Language (BSL) at home to communicate with others.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. I believe that stress is a self-fulfilling prophecy. In today’s society it is almost unacceptable to not be stressed.
