It’s World Photography Day today, and we investigate everything to do with images when it comes to your marketing strategies – what images work best, and how you can source some images.

One in four people in the UK are affected by a mental health problem at least once in their lifetime. When it comes to mental health in the workplace, it can be a huge challenge, at least one in six workers are affected by mental health conditions including anxiety and depression.

I believe that stress is a self-fulfilling prophecy. In today’s society it is almost unacceptable to not be stressed. If you’re not stressed you’re clearly not doing enough, if you’re not doing enough, you’re lazy and if you’re lazy you don’t care. Wow – that is a lot of pressure to have on your head!
